Taking over our kitchen for the first of our new run of residencies are Malt & Pepper. These guys have been cooking up a storm over the last year or so with their beer-infused menu & they are now ready to spend three months cooking for the Clapham masses. All their dishes use beer as an ingredient in one way helping create a menu unlike any other. They cook with beer, we sell great beer. Sounds like a match made in heaven! After successful residencies at Simon The Tanner, The Bear & All Inn One to name just a few, John & his team are ready to pop-up with us from Monday 11th June – Sunday 2nd September. In their own words:

“We’re buzzing to be bringing Malt + Pepper to The King & Co. We’ve been on a tour of the capital for the last 7 months, so to be heading to one of my favourite pubs, for a significant period of time is really exciting. Obviously we’re following in the footsteps of some of London’s best traders, so no pressure”

Expect the Malt + Pepper staples, stout braised pork belly, lambic braised pork ribs & loaded, dirty fries alongside our beer inspired, beer infused small plates”
