Love Japanese comfort food? Love beer? Want to learn how to match food & beer with confidence? Then this is the event for you.
Hosted by experienced beer sommeliers Phil Harding & Charlie Pountney from The House Of Boda & with a specially designed 5 course Japanese tasting menu from Fowl Mouths Food, you will be led on a tutored beer tasting teaching you all you need to know about beer & how to pair it with food. Phil & Charlie will guide you through how to make sure your pairings are harmonious & compliment each other perfectly. Expect big flavours & new experiences along the way.
We will be keeping the menu & beers a surprise until closer to the night but you can rest assured that both will provide you with a taste sensation!
